Patterns, assignments over a date range, and a strip showing who is on today. Bookings only offer people who are working.

Set who approves for whom. The request goes to that person and the decision comes back by email.

Days of each type per person, set from the screen. Balances account for pending requests.

Commission that follows the money
By role or by person, based on what was actually invoiced after any discount. Void the invoice and it reverses.

My Work shows one person their shifts, leave, jobs and earnings.

Five roles, enforced by the database
Owner, admin, manager, staff, read-only. Hiding a button is not access control, so we do not rely on it.

FAQ

Can a groomer see my takings?

No. The money is restricted to owners, admins and managers, and it is enforced where the data is read, not where it is drawn.

How is commission calculated?

A percentage by role or by person, applied to the invoiced amount. It reverses if the invoice is voided.

Does it do payroll?

No. It tells you what each person earned in commission; paying them is your existing process.
