1. Acceptance
By using this website or subscribing to Fretso Pet ERP, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Fretso Pet ERP is a hosted business management platform for pet care businesses, covering retail, grooming, boarding, veterinary, billing, engagement and reporting. The modules available to you are those set out in your order.
We may add, change or retire features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your accounts.
- You must assign staff the roles appropriate to their work and remove access promptly when someone leaves.
- Accounts are for named users and must not be shared.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the platform unlawfully, or to store unlawful content.
- Send messages through the platform that breach applicable communication or consent rules.
- Attempt to breach security, access other customers' data, or probe the infrastructure without written authorisation.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without a written agreement.
- Reverse engineer the platform except where such a restriction is legally unenforceable.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your quote and are based on the modules enabled, outlet count and team size. Subscription fees are billed in advance; onboarding fees are one-time. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Late payment may result in suspension after notice.
6. Your data
Your business data — customers, pets, clinical records, invoices, stock — remains yours. We process it to provide the service and in line with ourprivacy policy. You can export it at any time. On termination, you may request a full export within 30 days.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any consent required from pet parents.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where practical. Support is provided during business hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST (UTC+5:30) — through the channels listed on ourcontact page.
8. Intellectual property
Fretso and its pet-specific modules, branding and documentation remain our property. The underlying Frappe framework and ERPNext are open source under their own licences. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business for the term of your subscription.
9. Liability
The platform is a business tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary judgement, accounting advice or legal compliance review. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you have not maintained your own exports.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a subscription term with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, or non-payment after notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
