What percentage of your revenue is services versus goods?
If it’s 90% services, MoeGo’s shape probably fits you better and you should weigh it seriously. If you’re 60/40, or you’re adding a vet room, or you’re opening a second site, the shape that shares one record across everything starts to matter more than app polish.

Make both vendors do your five most annoying daily tasks, live, on real software. Then ask each: what does this cost at my size, what happens to my data if I leave, and who picks up the phone on a Saturday morning.
