Grooming
Grooming
A board of who is in, who is on the table and who is ready, with prices that already know the breed, photos on the file, and commission that adds itself up.

What Grooming does
The end of “I did eight, not six.” A ticket holds the dog, the groomer, the coat, the consent, the before-and-after photos and every line you charged for. When it is invoiced, that groomer's commission lands in their ledger by itself. Payday becomes a report instead of a negotiation.

Capabilities
Inside Grooming
01
A board, not a list
Waiting, on the table, ready for collection. One screen the whole salon can see, so nobody asks whether the spaniel has been done.
02
Prices that know the dog
A full groom on a Shih Tzu isn't a full groom on a Newfoundland. Price by breed size and coat, with a surcharge rule for matting so the conversation happens before the clippers do.
03
Photos from the phone in your pocket
Before and after, taken with the camera, compressed on the device before they upload. Works on a salon wifi that barely works.
04
The consent you keep meaning to get
Matting release and photo permission recorded on the ticket, with who gave it and when. Once, properly, instead of never.
05
How he likes to be cut
Blade, style, what he hates, who handles him best. On the pet, not on a past ticket, so the next groomer inherits it.
06
Packages that count themselves down
Sell six grooms, redeem one per visit, and the sessions come off on their own. The invoice shows what they had and that it cost them nothing.
07
Commission without the argument
Set the percentage once, by role or by person. It follows the amount actually invoiced, after any discount you gave at the counter, and reverses if the invoice is voided.

Look up
One search box that takes a pet's name, the owner's name, a phone number, a microchip or any reference — and puts that animal's whole history on one screen.
Appointments
One diary for grooming, boarding, daycare and the vet room, with reminders that go out on their own and a calendar invite the customer can actually add.
Boarding & daycare
Every stay against a real kennel, an occupancy board that cannot lie, a daily care log the owner would be glad to read, and the extras billed instead of forgotten.
