Owners and managers
The messages your business sends, in your words
Confirmations, reminders, ready-for-collection, boosters due, invoices and receipts — each one a template you can rewrite and a switch you can turn off.

What it does
Automated reminders
01
Your words, not ours
Open any message and rewrite it. Plain text with a few placeholders — nobody should need HTML to change “Hi” to “Hello”.
02
A switch per message
Twelve of them, on or off, one at a time. Nothing goes out that you did not choose.
03
Birthdays, if you want them
Record a date of birth and the pets with one coming up appear on the pet list. A birthday email can go out on the morning — off by default, because not every business sends one.
04
Never at six in the morning
Set the earliest and latest hour in your timezone. Anything outside waits for the window.
05
Calendar invites that work
Confirmations carry a real .ics file and a Google Calendar link, so the booking lands in their phone.
06
Cancel, and the reminder stops
Cancel a booking and tomorrow’s nudge is withdrawn. The cancellation notice still goes.
07
From your business
Your name, your reply-to. They answer you, not a no-reply address.
Is there WhatsApp or SMS?
Can I see what went out?
Can I test one on myself first?
Next step
Come and see it on your own shop
Twenty minutes on the real software, walked through the way you actually work. No slide deck, and nobody chases you afterwards.
