Salons, spas and grooming studios

Grooming software that survives a Saturday

Tickets that carry the coat notes and the photos, regulars rebooked in one tap, and commission that adds itself up. Built for a salon with three people at the desk and a dryer running.

The problems

What this actually fixes

Not a feature list. The things that go wrong on a normal week.

  • 01

Rebooking a regular takes five minutes

One tap rebuilds their last groom: same services, same groomer, same notes. Ten seconds instead of an interview.

  • 02

    Commission is a monthly argument

Set the rule once. When the ticket is invoiced the money lands in that groomer’s ledger, and they can see their own running total.

  • 03

Nobody remembers the dog that hates the dryer

Coat condition, behaviour notes and both sets of photos live on the ticket and on the pet’s file forever.

  • 04

Two dogs booked with the same groomer at 11

The system refuses it. Not a warning, a refusal, and it holds at 8am on a Saturday.

  • 05

    No-shows on your busiest day

Deposits on the bookings that hurt, plus reminders 48 hours out over WhatsApp.

  3. 03Load services, or repeat their last groom
  4. 04Before photos, do the job, after photos
  5. 05Invoice it, or burn a session off their package
  6. 06Commission lands in the groomer’s ledger

FAQ

Pet grooming software questions

Can each groomer see only their own day?
Yes. A groomer opens the app and sees their dogs for today. Not the diary for the whole salon, and not your takings.
Does it handle grooming packages?
Sell ten grooms up front and redeem them one at a time. The remaining balance is visible to your staff and to the customer, which ends the argument about how many are left.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes, and you can apply deposits selectively: new customers, previous no-shows, long appointments and peak slots, rather than annoying every regular you have.
